TMJ is seeking proportional investors alike in order to sustain growth in Arizona with new homes sales in this region. Our future plans include extending our investments as far South as Tuscon, Arizona and farther North to Southern Utah, Nevada and Canada. Providing quality homes sales in the new construction market. Other areas of focus relates to multi-unit buildings, fix and flips, as well as estate properties.
Our primary market is adults with families, ages 25-65. We currently are able to target this demographic through extreme marketing as well as utilizing the MLS and Real Estate Market consistently in Metro Phoenix and Surrounding areas through highly qualified experienced sales agents and quality new home construction, remodel and rehab companies. TMJ plans to increase that influence by 2% by 2018, while potentially drawing a consistently higher ROI.
